The Smiths Falls Police Service has announced it will be holding two important information sessions for the public.
The first has to do with Human Trafficking and will take place at the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Center on Monday March 27, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Smiths Falls Police Service has partnered up with Victim Services of Lanark County and the Smiths Falls Crime Stoppers to bring awareness to the topic.
The second session will focus on Fentanyl and Opioid drugs. It takes place at Smiths Falls District Collegiate Institute, in the cafeteria on Tuesday March 28, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The Smiths Falls Police Service has partnered up with the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit, Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health and the Smiths Falls Crime Stoppers to put on the session.
Both sessions are free to attend and all are welcome.
