OPP continue investigation into car that blew past stopped school bus

opp-logo-300x241The OPP’s investigation into a car passing a stopped school bus with its signal lights flashing continues.

Lanark County OPP are asking anyone with information to come forward.

The investigation was prompted after a resident of highway 43, Mark Lambert, posted video of the car (pictured below) passing the school bus as his kids stepped off the vehicle.

Lambert is offering $1000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the driver.

Lambert says he has personally witnessed at least four separate incidents of drivers disregarding the flashing lights.

Lambert has posted a video camera to record the law breakers and shared the video via social media

The fine for passing a stopped bus with its lights on  is 2000 dollars and six demerit points.
