Lanark County OPP Report

Between Monday October 3, 2017 and Monday October 9, 2017officers from the Lanark Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to 442 calls for service.

The calls included:

31 Motor Vehicle Collisions Including:

Car / Deer.     8
Parking Lot     4
Single Motor Vehicle Off Road ("In Ditch")   7.

Impaired Drivers
At 02:58am on Friday October 6, officers responded to calls to a vehicle in the ditch on Narrows Locks Road in Tay Valley Township. Officers located a Toyota passenger vehicle in the west ditch south of Stanley Road. A 35 year-old Ottawa man is charged with: One (1) Count Drive Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired, One (1) count Drive Motor Vehicle with more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100 mls of blood. He was released to appear at the Provincial court in the Town of Perth.

Domestic Incidents
Total 4. Child access and communication disputes. No charges.

Family Disputes.
Total 7. No charges.
