The Town of Perth has a reminder for town residents:

The winter overnight parking ban is now in effect throughout the Town.

That means no parking is permitted on any street under the Town’s jurisdiction from 12:01AM-6:00AM.

The restrictions are in place until Mar 31st inclusive.
