Lake 88’s Municipal Election Round Tables for candidates for Mayor and Reeve in the communities within our listening area continue today as we welcome the candidates for Mayor for the Town of Smiths Falls.

Shawn Pankow and Joe Gallipeau will be joining us in the studio today. Coverage begins after the News@Noon on Lake 88.

We have invited the candidates for Carleton Place Mayor tomorrow, then on Monday we wrap our round table broadcasts with the candidates from Perth.

There are a couple of All Candidates Meetings this evening too.

Carleton Place Candidates will be at the Arena on Neelin Street from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

And there is an Elizabethtown-Kitley All Candidates Night from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Open Door Fellowship Church.
