The second is in Carleton Place starting at the OPP Detachment at 11:00 a.m. and travelling down Lansdowne Avenue and Bridge Street to the Town Hall before returning to the detachment.

The Smiths Falls Police Service takes part on Friday June 7th as they will be collecting a toll from 9-5 pm at the Cornelia Street Underpass. Their Torch Run is Saturday the 8th from the Settlers Ridge Mall to the Arena. It begins at 9:30.

Participants of this run will be looking for donations in the collection buckets they’ll be carrying. All proceeds will go towards the Special Olympics.
