UPDATED: Rainfall, Freezing Rain Warnings remain in effect

A freezing rain warning is in effect for the Lake 88 listening area.
Environment Canada says ice build-up due to freezing rain is expected or occurring.
Rain is expected to change over to freezing rain mixed at times with ice pellets this evening then persist through tonight before changing to some snow by Sunday morning. Ice accretion amounts of 5 to 10 mm are possible by Sunday morning.
Precipitation is expected to end on Sunday near noon.
Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will become icy, slippery and hazardous. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions.
