Township of North Frontenac municipal office reopens to the public today, June 22
Over the past months, North Frontenac’s Emergency Community Control Group (CCG) has been meeting weekly and will continue to meet as required, to plan and manage the implications of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Township of North Frontenac Municipal Office will be re-opening to the public effective Monday, June 22, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
Everyone’s health and safety is important and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure our workplace and the broader community remain safe. Therefore, the following steps are being taken:
Any members of the Public feeling unwell are not to enter the building and can contact the office via phone or e-mail.
Upon entering the building you will be required to sanitize your hands and put on a surgical face masks, which will be made available.
There will be a maximum of two (2) public members permitted in the front reception area at one time.
We encourage remote meetings (teleconference or web conference) if possible. However, if you require an in-person meeting, please contact the office to schedule in advance.
The drop-box at the front door continues to be available to drop off documents or payments.
The Township thanks all residents and visitors for respecting these important guidelines when visiting our Office.
The Pandemic situation is constantly evolving and changes rapidly. With everyone’s help and support, our Community is working together through this challenging time.
