Lanark County OPP report
Between Monday, September 28, 2020 and Monday October 5, 2020 officers from the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to 538 calls for service.
The calls included:

On October 4, 2020 Jason ANDERSON, 47yrs of age, a resident of Carleton Place, was charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration over 80 as the result of a traffic complaint. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on November 23, 2020
On September 28, 2020 a 28yr old male resident of Smiths Falls was charged with three counts each of domestic assault and uttering threats and one count of forcible confinement as the result of a domestic investigation.
On September 30, 2020 a 50yr old female resident of Carleton Place was charged with one count each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and mischief under $5000 as the result of a motor vehicle collision in a parking lot
On October 2, 2020 a 75yr old male resident of Drummond-north Elmsley Township was charged with one count each of assault and mischief under $5000 as the result of a domestic investigation.
On October 2, 2020 a 31yr old male resident of Almonte was charged with two counts of assault as the result of a domestic investigation
On October 3, 2020 a 38yr old male resident of Carleton Place was charged with one count each of assault and mischief under $5000 as the result of a domestic investigation.
On October 4, 2020 a 46yr old female resident of Perth was charged with one count of assault as the result of a domestic investigation.
The Lanark County OPP also investigated 11 non-criminal domestic disputes
Officers of the Lanark County OPP investigated 21 theft complaints during the past week.
The Lanark County OPP investigated 10 incidents of mischief and/or property damage
The Lanark County OPP investigated 2 reports of fraud during the past week.
