Parkinson Canada Superwalk celebrates another successful year in Lanark/North Leeds
Organizers are celebrating another successful Parkinson Canada Superwalk.
They report that the pandemic didn’t stop people with Parkinson’s, their friends and their Mayors from raising money and awareness.
Across Lanark and North Leeds, over a hundred or more participated in the 5th Annual Parkinson Canada SuperWalk alongside Mayors Doug Black (in Carleton Place), Shawn Pankow (in Smiths Falls), John Fenik (in Perth), Doug Struthers (in Merrickville), Arie Hoogenboom (in Rideau Lakes) and Brant Burrow (in Elizabethtown-Kitley).
More than $65,000 was raised.
