Perth public nudity case back in court next month
Douglas Jackson, who is facing charges of public nudity, has had his case moved to next month.
The accused’s case was before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth earlier this week. It was decided that it will next be in front of a judge at 9 a.m. in courtroom one on Monday, Oct. 18.
Jackson faces three charges, including being nude in a public place without lawful excuse.
The charges against him have not been proven in court.
Jackson made his first appearance at the Perth court to answer to the charges on Monday, Aug. 9.
