GENERAL COVID-19 Information: The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit has a general COVID-19 information page that provides the latest, local information that residents need to know. Click or tap here for the Health Unit’s main page for all other services


Children ages 5-11
The Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit is now booking COVID-19 vaccination appointments for kids, aged 5-11.

You can visit the Leeds, Grenville, and Lanark online booking portal here to make an appointment.

Third doses
The province of Ontario is now booking third doses, or boosters, of COVID-19 vaccines for the following groups:

  • All seniors above 70 years of age
  • Those who received two shots of Astra Zeneca
  • Any adults in First Nations, Inuit and Metis communities, and
  • Those who live with them, and front-line healthcare workers with a short interval between their first two doses.

You can use Leeds, Grenville and Lanark online booking portal. 

If you are unable to book on the portal – you can call the Health Unit for assistance at 1-800-660-5853 Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.Find vaccine clinic locations, dates and times here.

There are local pharmacies in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville that are now accepting COVID-19 vaccine appointments for those 40 and over. You have to contact the pharmacy directly to book your appointment. You can do that by clicking here to be brought to the provincial pharmacy locator page.


Testing for COVID-19 is by appointment only. Please click or tap here for the latest testing information from the health unit. The link includes who should get a test, and how to go about getting an appointment.  Please contact your primary health care provider, or the Health Unit at 1-800-660-5853 if you’re experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Lanark County Mental Health has established a COVID-19 Mental Health Hotline from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Anyone seeking assistance in dealing with mental health issues can call toll-free 1-833-283-9979.
