LGL HU – Daily COVID-19 Report – seven new cases added over the weekend
The following information is issued Monday through Friday by the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit.
The health unit added seven new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, but none in the past 24 hours.
There were also a dozen recoveries meaning the active case count has dropped by five and sits at 23.
There is one active case in Lanark East and five in Lanark West. In Leeds-Grenville there are six in the central region, five in the east and six in the west.
There are two active cases in hospital, but none in the ICU.
There have been 2,074 total cases of COVID-19 in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville since the pandemic began with 1,987 recoveries and 64 deaths.
The Health Unit will provide its next outbreak and vaccination rate updates tomorrow afternoon.
