A fundraising specialist has been elected the head of the Carleton Place and District Hospital Foundation Board.

Linda McGreevy has been on the board of the Hospital Foundation for three years, and was recently elected chair at their annual general meeting.

The foundation says during her 30-year career as a fundraising specialist she served as the executive director of three different hospital foundations, including the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre Foundation.

The Foundation’s executive director Robyn Arseneau says she is looking forward to working with her, adding one can’t help but be inspired by her generosity and support of our hospital.”
