LGL HU – Daily COVID-19 Report – seven new cases added
The following information is issued Monday through Friday by the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit.
The Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit has added seven new cases of COVID-19 to local totals including one in the past 24 hours.
The active case count has gone up by three and sits at 26. There are five cases in Lanark East and six in Lanark West. In Leeds-Grenville, there are seven in the central region, and four each in the eastern and western regions.
There are now three people in hospital with one in the ICU, but not on a ventilator.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 2,081 total cases of COVID-19 in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville, with 1,991 recoveries and 64 total deaths.
