Lanark County CAO Kurt Greaves presented a report this week to county council that outlined measures in place to make the Ottawa Valley Recreational Trail safe.

He highlighted a few of them.

In recent months a local group, Lanark Residents For Safe Trails, have been calling for enhanced safety measures on the OVRT.

Warden John Fenik feels it’s as safe as it can get.
