Freezing rain with ice accretions up to 5 mm leading to icy roads and local power outages.
The weather agency says a mix of snow and ice pellets late this afternoon is expected to change to freezing rain this evening and then rain tonight. Rainfall amounts of 10 to 20 mm are possible before rain tapers off Thursday morning.
